This program is open to everyone — not just SORIG nurses.
Anyone Can Participate
- You do not need to be a SORIG nurse yourself
- Colleagues, friends, family members, and fellow healthcare professionals are all welcome
Who Qualifies as a Referred Nurse
- Must be a new contact — not already in SORIG’s roster and not previously contacted by SORIG
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of Canadian nursing experience to qualify for onboarding
- If two people refer the same nurse, the person who submitted first receives the referral credit

Our Commitment to You
- Open and honest communication throughout the entire referral process
- We will inform you if the nurse you referred is already in our roster and does not qualify
- We keep accurate records of onboarding dates and contract completion dates
- You will always know where your referral stands
Program Terms
- This is a limited time offer — the program expires December 31st, 2026
- Referrals already in progress at expiry will still be honoured, provided all conditions are met
- All payments are made via e-transfer within 14 days of each qualifying milestone
- SORIG reserves the right to modify or cancel the program with reasonable notice
- Payments may be subject to applicable tax reporting requirements
